I’m Dr. MoNique, a Trusted Advisor, Conjuress CEO, and Ancestral Griot.
I help women uncover what is inherited, heal what interferes with clarity, and shape what is emerging into signature work or deepen into ongoing grounded support through Conjure Sovereignty.

Before I was doing this work publicly at this scale, I was a construction engineer and project manager.
That work taught me how to read structure, recognize what holds, and understand that what is built well begins with clarity, alignment, and integrity. That part of me never left. It still shapes how I guide women today.
I also come from a lineage of healers, intuitives, midwives, medicine women and conjure women. Long before I had language for this path, I was being shaped by that inheritance.
There was a moment in my life when that inheritance became impossible to ignore. While visiting the gravesites of my enslaved ancestors, I had an experience that opened something deeper in me. What followed was not a passing spiritual moment. It was a call into a different relationship with my ancestors, my work, and the way guidance moves.
That experience changed the direction of my life. It clarified the work I am here to do.
What I Know to Be True
Many women built meaningful lives through external authority.
They learned to trust grades, credentials, systems, strategies, and expectations to tell them what mattered and what path to follow. Those structures often helped them build real success.
But there comes a season when what once worked no longer fits.
That is when a different kind of guidance begins to press in. Intuition grows louder. The old answers stop satisfying. Ancestors begin guiding women back to the inherited wisdom, medicine, gifts, and power already living in them.
That shift can feel disorienting, peaceful, exciting, and disruptive all at once.
My work supports women in that shift: from external authority to inherited, spiritually grounded authority, from borrowed paths to what is truly theirs to carry now.

Women come to me because this work is spiritual, grounded and strategic.
I am a Licensed Metaphysical Minister with a Doctorate in Metaphysical Counseling. I have spent decades facilitating, teaching, and guiding transformation through leadership development, personal growth, and spiritual practice.
My background includes corporate training, healing work, and spiritual formation, but the deepest qualification I bring is lived relationship with this work and my Ancestors. I do not approach it as theory. I approach it as disciplined listening, grounded counsel, and deep respect for what is inherited.
My background in engineering matters more than people expect. It keeps my work clear, structured, and practical. I am not interested in vague spirituality. I am interested in helping you recognize what is true, understand how it moves, and give it form.

What I Know About Your Ancestors Work
Not everything inherited was meant to be carried as burden.
Some of it was entrusted to you as guidance.
Some of it as capacity.
Some of it as work that is meant to live through you now.
That is why my work is rooted in ancestral guidance, ancestral story healing, and the understanding that your lineage passed down more than patterns to heal. It also passed down wisdom, medicine, and power.
Why My Work Is Different
Many women come to this work after they have already done a great deal.
They have invested in coaching.
They have completed spiritual trainings or certifications.
They have learned methods, frameworks, and strategies.
Those things can be valuable.
But external authority can teach methods and frameworks.
It cannot reveal the inherited wisdom, medicine, and power that make your work truly yours.
It cannot tell you what your lineage shaped in you.
It cannot fully reveal how that inheritance naturally moves through you.
And it cannot name the deeper work that is trying to take form now.
That is why my work is different.
My role is not to hand you another outside system.
My role is to help you uncover what is already living in you, heal what interferes with clarity, and recognize how your inheritance is meant to move through your life, work, and service.
