2. Please schedule your first appointment within the next 48 hours so we can begin your four-week journey. You will find all the information about your journey, resources, and future meditations and rituals in your membership portal and in the first email.

3. To get the most out of this journey, we recommend scheduling at least 30 - 60 minutes each day for journaling, listening to the healing soul journeys, and doing rituals and altar ceremonies. This is a powerful opportunity to heal and grow on a deep, soul level.
