Roots to Riches – Terms & Conditions


Please read the following terms carefully. By enrolling in the Roots to Riches program, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Program Overview

Roots to Riches is a 9-month spiritual mentorship program that includes private sessions, group rituals, “Get It Done” co-working sessions, and access to a curated meditation library. This experience is designed to support your connection with your Ancestors, help you discover your Sacred Blueprint, and embody your Ancestral Medicine in life and leadership.

2. Payment Terms

  • The full investment for the program is $5,000 USD.

  • Payment may be made in full or through an approved payment plan.

  • If using a payment plan, monthly payments will be automatically billed to your card on file each month for the duration of the plan.

  • All payments are final. No refunds will be issued, regardless of participation level.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

This is a sacred mentorship experience with limited spaces and deep energetic commitment. For this reason:

  • No refunds will be given once you enroll.

  • You may not cancel your payment plan once it has begun.

  • If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a 5-day grace period to update your information. Failure to make payment may result in loss of access to the program.

4. Rescheduling & Attendance

  • You are responsible for scheduling and attending your private sessions within the timeframe of the program.

  • If you need to reschedule a private session, 24-hour advance notice is required. Sessions not canceled in time will be forfeited.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the program period.

5. Confidentiality & Sacred Space

All sessions and group circles are held in sacred confidence. You agree to respect the privacy and personal disclosures of others within the group and keep all shared information confidential.

6. Scope of Services

Roots to Riches offers spiritual mentorship, ancestral channeling, and energetic guidance. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial advising. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results throughout this process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including meditations, rituals, activations, and materials within the Sacred Roots Wisdom Well, is the intellectual property of Dr. MoNique and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside this program without express written permission.

8. Spiritual Responsibility

This work is sacred. You are entering into a mentorship rooted in ancestral reverence. By enrolling, you agree to honor the space, the lineage, and the journey. Your active participation, respect for spiritual boundaries, and commitment to your own growth are essential.

9. Modifications and Updates

Dr. MoNique reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the delivery schedule or structure to better serve the group while maintaining the full value and integrity of the program.

10. Agreement

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and commit to honoring your part in this sacred mentorship experience.

Terms and Conditions


By enrolling in the Sacred Roots Rising membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. Membership Overview

Sacred Roots Rising is a monthly membership program that includes digital resources, meditations, rituals, live group sessions, and community access designed to support ancestral healing and spiritual development. Participation in the program requires a recurring monthly payment.

  1. Billing and Payment

  • Your membership fee will be charged monthly to the credit card you provide at checkout.
  • Billing will occur every 30 days from your original date of enrollment.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current and valid.

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date.
  • Cancellations requested fewer than 7 days before the next payment date may result in one final charge.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership portal and resources through the remainder of your paid billing period.

  1. No Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the content and the energetic integrity of the work provided, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed sessions or change of circumstances.

  1. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided in the Sacred Roots Rising membership—including but not limited to meditations, activations, recordings, worksheets, rituals, and guidance—is the intellectual property of Dr. MoNique E. Hunt
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any part of the program without explicit written permission.

  1. Use of Content

  • This program is intended for personal spiritual growth and healing. It is not a certification program and does not authorize you to teach or redistribute the material as your own.
  • Participation in the community is contingent on respectful and aligned conduct. Any member found violating ethical, energetic, or community boundaries may be removed without refund.

  1. Disclaimer

  • Sacred Roots Rising is a spiritual support and educational program. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
  • By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
  • No specific outcome is guaranteed. Your transformation depends on your openness, participation, and integration of the practices provided.

  1. Modifications to the Program

  • Dr. MoNique reserves the right to update or modify the structure, pricing, or content of the program at any time to better serve the community. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
